Senior lecturer in the Dept. of Art History. I deal mainly with 19th century art, social history and socio-medical aspects of family, maternity, breastfeeding and death. My book Crying over Spilt Milk: Maternal Breast-feeding and Its Substitutes in Nineteenth Century French Art was published by The Magnes Press of the Hebrew University Press (2013, in Hebrew).
